VIV Asia is one of the world’s leading trade shows for the livestock industry, covering everything in livestock production and animal husbandry. Taking place at the IMPACT Centre, Bangkok, the last edition in 2023 welcomed 47,000 visitors, and 1,186 exhibitors from more than 110 countries. The show will return from 12-14th March 2025.

The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) and UKTAG are asking for expressions of interest from companies to exhibit on the UK pavilion. The UK pavilion for 2025 will be a 48sqm, end-of-aisle stand, in a prime location for footfall at the show, with communal meeting space providing an ideal spot for discussions with international buyers. Companies exhibiting on the UK pavilion will get a branded podium, as well as advertising and information about their business on large panels making up the rear wall of the stand.

UK businesses have long enjoyed export successes at the show, with the UK stand a must-visit spot for thousands of attendees from all over the world. Representatives from UKTAG and the British Embassy Bangkok will be on hand throughout the show to provide insight and advice to support your trade plans. With stand space already at a premium for the 2025 edition, exhibiting as part of the UK pavilion provides companies with the best value option for show attendance.

Exhibitors will get a wide range of services and benefits provided by UKTAG, DBT and the British Embassy Bangkok:

  • Branded podium space and advertising on the UK pavilion, in an ideal location at the show

  • B2B meetings arranged with relevant local and international decision makers and buyers

  • Business development meetings with DBT officials from multiple regional markets, including China, Thailand and India

  • A pre-show networking drinks reception on evening of 11th March at a city centre hotel

  • Access to the show’s extensive conference programme, with sessions on livestock innovation, sustainability, regenerative agriculture  and new technologies

  • Information about your business in the official VIV Asia printed and digital catalogues

  • Briefing meetings pre- and post-event to provide extra business support

  • Transport to and from the exhibition centre (small extra cost, organised by UKTAG)

Returners £3,000
